Kumari.Sneha V Karekar of Divine Providence school, Belgaum was awarded with "Bal Pratibha Puraskar" on the eve of "Childrens Day" celebration held at B'lore on 14.11.06 for her excellant achievements in the field of chess. She was felicitated by the Shri. H.D.Kumarswamy, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Karnataka. Kum.Sneha is in the centre with Hon'ble Dy Chief Minister Shri. B.S.Yadiyurappa, & Sri.Kumarswamy, Minister in the cabinet are in the photo . Kum.Sneha has achieved FIDE rating of 1849.
She was also awarded with Karnataka Rajyotsava Puraskar 2005 and many more awards to her credit. CONGRATULATIONS!!We wish her ALL THE BEST in her future.
